Why, it's none other than Tom Ridge, the new Director of Homeland Security, playfully enjoying a photo-op back when he was the governor of Pennsylvania. By government definition, he's not a terrorist at all! You see how easy it is to jump to conclusions? Let's hope that Mr. Ridge shows better judgment when labeling terrorists, or you just might get pegged as one.
