There is much to hate in the sadistic "Big Beautiful Bill" that Republicans steamrolled through the House and are now pushing through the Senate. Beyond slashing Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security and the entire social safety net simply to further enrich the already obscenely wealthy billionaires who keep them in power, it also starts to fill their wet dreams of selling off all of the public lands to those who see no value in the natural world beyond the money it puts in their own pockets.
But this bill is so ridiculously ghastly that even some Republicans are able to see through their own greed and realize the immense damage this do to all Americans and the land we live on.
