From our beginning in 1998, Vegan Street has been adamantly opposed to forcing horses to pull tourists through busy city traffic, and we are proud to have been a part of the team that got horse carriages banned in Chicago. So we applaud the city council of Philadelphia for bringing their city into the 21st century. Now we can all join all the activists in New York City to get horse carriages banned there.
