I don't think most people realize the vastness of the damage Trump/Musk's Department of Government Efficiency has already done in terms of threatening our country's health and viability. In their desperate rush to transfer our nation's wealth to the wealthiest of the wealthy, they have destroyed their ability to protect hurricane, flood and wildfire victims. They have crippled essential medical and other scientific research. They have left everyone vulnerable to pandemics, climate change and protection of their own wealth. And they are busy pulling the social safety net away millions of Americans, putting them at grave risk of homelessness and starvation.
This meme represents just one of the myriad ways this administration is actively destroying our very social fabric.
