One little inconvenience of being vegan is that we need to peruse ingredient lists to seek for pesky animal ingredients. Because of this, most of us tend to avoid products with long ingredient lists. Yes, there are ultraprocessed vegan foods, but you won't find that many of them in a typical 7-Eleven.
