December 7th Self-compassion meditation. I know, I know. You suck at meditation. I will give you a little tip: We all do. We are all restless, distracted, chattering messes. Give yourself a break. This is part of the human condition. Instead of beating yourself up over it, find a little meditation practice that works with you as opposed to against you.
