Any given time of the year, there are lots of people in the working through their vegan infancy. If you’ve been at it for a few weeks, you might be losing your resolve about now. Maybe you’ve found certain aspects more challenging than you anticipated. Maybe you noticed that there is wool in all your winter garments. Maybe you had a bad day at work and you find yourself craving your old favorite ice cream. Maybe your friends and family are being less than supportive. I get it: I’ve been there. Many new vegans struggle the first few months. On the bright side, you’ve got good company. On the less than positive side, struggling is never fun.
