As you know, our resident cook and author, Marla Rose, has developed hundreds of vegan recipes that have all been posted on our website. In addition to that, she has also written three different e-cookbooks – all of them featuring fun, unique and (mostly) easy-to-prepare recipes. Each recipe is showcased with full-color photography and there are lots of lively Vegan Street-ish additions. (Puns and comics galore!)
She also has written a novel – a captivating piece of Young Adult fiction about a very unlikely teenager with completely nonviolent superpowers – heightened abilities of empathy and intuition – that she uses to save her hometown from evil.
