Most of the antibiotics used in the US are fed to farmed animals to make them grow faster (I kid you not!),  and most farmed animals are given at least small doses of antibiotics. The animal ag industry realizes that people don't want to eat medicine in their meat, so they are now promoting what they call RWA (Raised Without Antibiotics) meat.  The problem with the RWA logo, though, is that a whole lot of supposedly RWA meats contain antibiotics, so the label is completely worthless. It is just another attempt by a greedy industry to make their customers feel more comfortable eating a product that is killing them, the planet and billions of animals.
