More and more people are understanding the immense negative impacts that animal agriculture has on the Earth's environment, particularly in regard to climate change. We've all known that animal consumption, particularly beef and dairy account for at least 14% of greenhouse gas emissions. Now a new report shows that investment in plant-based meats pays far higher climate change defeating dividend than an investment in solar homes or electric cars. So let's enjoy some Gardein and Tofurky. I'm hungry.
