This probably isn't anything most of don't already know, but eating vegan foods like greens, vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains and plant-based proteins like tofu are really good for us. These foods can improve our mood and brain function and increase our energy level and our productivity. Conversely, inflammatory foods like processed meats and cheeses, oils and processed sugars can slow us down, take away our motivation and make us lethargic. So eating a healthy vegan diet is not only good for our body, it's also good for our brains.
