½ cup frozen blueberries or frozen berries of preference ½ cup grapes, ideally red 1½ cups plain, non-dairy milk 1 banana (ideally frozen), peeled 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter, smooth or crunchy 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or one date, pitted 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter A couple dashes cinnamon ½ cup ice
First, add the frozen blueberries and grapes to the blender; blend until chopped up. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
