If you like things more sweet than tangy, consider adding the optional maple syrup. ¾ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk ¼ cup orange juice ½ cup non-dairy vanilla yogurt 1 - 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup, optional 1 peeled banana 1 peeled navel orange, pith removed ½ cup frozen cranberries 4 - 5 ice cubes
