I got some plant-based food coloring so I thought it was the perfect excuse to make our own minty-fresh shakes for St. Patrick’s Day. These are super easy with so many great vegan dairy options today but maybe you just needed a little extra inspiration.
Makes two large shakes
1 - 1½ cups non-dairy milk Plant-based green food coloring (as much as works for you) 1 pint vegan vanilla ice cream 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract ½ teaspoon mint extract Vegan whipped cream (optional)
Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Pour and top and vegan whip!
