The human body is not naturally equipped to digest dairy, but northern Europeans, East Indians and a few other populations have been consuming it for enough generations that they have developed a tolerance for it. Other cultures have not. But US Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack has long been in bed with Big Dairy, and has always favored the health of the animal agriculture industry's profits over the health of America's children.
