This dressing is enough for one super-duper big salad and has the rich smoothness of tahini along with the smoky, aromatic seasonings associated with Middle Eastern food all punched up with some bright lemon juice. If your salad game has gotten a little stale, give it a try.
1 tablespoon tahini 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice ½ tablespoon minced fresh garlic 1 teaspoon coriander ½ teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon cumin ¼ teaspoon cayenne (or less) Water (I used 2 tablespoons) Salt and pepper
In a small cup, mix together the tahini, lemon juice and garlic with a spoon. It will be thick. Now add the seasonings - it will be even thicker - and slowly add in the water until it is the consistency you want. Add salt and pepper to taste.
