Another Kentucky Derby has come and gone, leaving another bunch of dead horses in its wake. Each year, between 700 and 800 horses die on US racetracks for the entertainment of the well-heeled attendees visiting the races. It's time to end this horrific and antiquated colonial-era blood sport.
