The four-year-old restaurant ONA (which stands for Origine Non Animale or Non Animal Origin) was the first, but almost certainly not the last, vegan eatery to receive the prestigious Michelin Star. It also received the Michelin Green Star, a new award for restaurants that have shown excellence in ethical practices.
