It’s almost July, which means peach cobbler is on my mind, and what better way to celebrate the season than to try these perfect, comforting flavors as a smoothie: It is rich, creamy, gently sweet and summertime in liquid form.
2 cups plain, non-dairy milk 2 ounces vanilla or peach vegan yogurt 1 banana (ideally frozen) 1 cup frozen peaches 1 date or 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup ¼ cup quick-cooking oats 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for dashing on top 1 cup ice
Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle some ground cinnamon on top if you like.
