8-oz. vegan cream cheese, room temperature ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie mix) 2 tablespoons real maple syrup 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice blend (optional)
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together until smooth. You can also use a stand mixer or food processor to mix. Mix thoroughly and serve.
