Chicago just hosted the 2022 National Restaurant Association Show, where thousands of vendors show off everything from the latest food products to the latest cooking equipment and furniture. It was a sprawling city covering three giant convention floors. Scattered among the handsomely appointed booths were dozens of companies with a feast of wonderful vegan products they were selling to restaurants.
